The Fishing Report For This Week Has Been Pretty Consistent However It May Be Changing Soon
On The North Side, Alot Of Fishing Are Still Being Caught In The Grassy Areas And In The Pencil Weeds From Kings Bar Around To Harney Pond, However Majority Of The Fish Have Already Spawned. Alot Of Males Are Still Being Caught With Some Late Spawning Females As Well. You May Have To Entice Them A Little More With Slower Presentation (Sounds Backwards But It Works)
The Fishing In The River Has Been A Lot Better Than The Past Few Weeks With Reports Of Limits Being Caught In Less Than 2 Hours (After You Weed Through All The Undersized Ones) Fishing 6-13ft Deep Around The Dropoffs. Rain Water Is Still Coming Down Through The Kissimmee River from Central Florida So Be Sure To Keep That In Mind. As The Water Levels Rise In The River Remember Where Those Drop Off Were Along The Tree Lines That You Could See When The Water Was Low, Those Areas Will Be Holding Fish.
The South Side Of The Lake Has Been Fair. Most Report Of QUALITY Fish Being Found Around Tree Island Stll And Now Fish Are Being Found Around The Clewiston Area From Those Launching From The Roland Martin Marine Center And Fishing The Reed And Brush Along The Southwest Side.
